The a3rev team does not provide support for the WP Email Template plugin on the ww.wp.xz.cn forums. One on one developer support is available via the plugins a3rev support forum to people who have purchased a WP Email Template Pro plugin Lifetime License.
The Pro Version has lots of extra features that coupled with developer support might be well worth your investment!
What we do with the Lite Version is supply it to users under the terms and conditions of the GPL. http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html
For our part we maintain the source code to ensure it is bug free and always compatible with the latest WordPress version.
