This plugin does work with WP Engine server-level caching: https://i.imgur.com/1FLTcIQ.jpeg if that is what you mean. But if you are using WP Engine server-level caching make sure that you DO NOT turn on the fallback cache inside this plugin. Just use this plugin to handle Cloudflare.
Thanks for your reply. I was taking about the new WP Engine advanced network that uses built-in cloudflare cdn.

Hi @mindonjesus,
unfortunately no. You cannot use two different caching systems trying to manage cache in Cloudflare. You can either use this and disable that or the other way around but not both.
