WP Engine Hosting Provider

Trying to get the plugin to work (pro version) on site with WP Engine (i believe uses nginx). Is there some recommended settings for this host or do you know anyone who has got it to work? Not sure if i need to request support from them. If on htaccess option i get following server config error: Error codes: rewrites_not_executed

If i switch to the passthru option i get: Error codes: rewrites_cached

Any assistance appreciated
