Wp Engine Nginx fail?

    I am hosting with WP Engine and so had asked them to add the nginx server configuration directives and they said they were unable to add the following:

    map $http_host $blogid { default -999; include /var/www/example.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/nginx-helper/map.conf ; }

    … has anyone else encountered this?
