The plugin works successfully when all wpengine caching is disabled, but that’s not a realistic option for us. Wp Engine Senior Support agents advised me to ask you if you could provide all cookies that are used during a test so that they can be excluded. We managed to find some, but not all, and the issue persists.

    Varnish cache exclude cookies: elementor_split_test_

James R.: It may be best to have the developer possibly let us know of the specific cookies or even arguments that we can attempt to cache exclude to more so pinpoint the area exactly rather than possibly cache exclude the wrong area.

If I can get this working we will proceed with paying for the pro unlimited plan.

    Thanks

    Hi @kimborn,

you are on the right track on this topic. All cookies starting with elementor_split_test_ are used. Besides that no more cookies are placed.

In addition to that the pro version has a cache buster. It uses JavaScript to work around caching issues.

No luck with Pro, cache buster enabled, and the cookies excluded. I may need a refund if we can’t get this sorted. Any other ideas?
