WP ERP import/export CSV text is broken

    WP ERP Tools> Export Korean text is broken when importing CSV again.
    And the data (Korean) information in the CSV is registered as empty.

    The same CSV data was imported into Tablepress.
    Success.

    However, it continues to fail in WP ERP.

    To solve this problem, I tried to encode the CSV file in UTF-8, but it failed.
    It was also saved and tested in ANSI encoding, but failed.

    I need help.
