Hey,

Loving your plugin – I’m just taking it for a test drive before we purchase the additional modules (marketing & actions) –

We seem to have an issue with the integration with Ninja Forms, I’ve followed your instructions, and the fields are mapped correctly in “ERP Settings > Settings > Contact Forms” but no contacts are added to the CRM, I do however get the Ninja Forms confirmation emails. So Ninja forms is working correctly but the integration doesn’t seem to happen.

Do I need to add a wp hook or something?

Using latest version of both ERP and Ninja Forms

Edit: contact form 7 works, but I really would prefer to be using Ninja Forms so any help would be appreciated!

Just tried and found that it’s working great.

Please double check if you’ve set up everything properly in Ninja Forms.

I’ve checked your site and found that there was no settings for Email- http://prntscr.com/gdi7o8
Have added settings for email (red marked box in the screenshot) and the form is working great now.

I’m experiencing this exact issue using Ninja Form and WPERP. What email settings were added to Ninja Forms to correct this?

Hope you guys are using Ninja from with WP ERP without any hassle.
If you are still facing any problem get the latest version of WP ERP here and try it.

I have this exact same issue. The setting for Email has already been created in Ninja Forms and the fields are mapped. Can you provide the exact information that ERP is looking for. Contact Form 7 works just fine.
