Its not a WordPress failure, its a failure of the plugin you are using. The best way to fix it would probably be to delete that plugin and have a go at writing your own content instead of leeching other people’s work.
Hi rpsmith221,
Sounds like there’s some bad code in that plugin. I would recommend renaming the unique_articles folder so you can log into your dashboard.
Hi,
I did as you suggested and renamed the folder. I logged in and found that the plug in had been deactivated (automatically apparently) When I tried to reactivate it I got this message:
Warning: include_once(shared.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hnfiug91/public_html/wp-content/plugins/unique_articles1/unique_articles.php on line 31
I presume it is because I renamed the folder. But why did it crash?
Hi rpsmith221,
It sounds like there’s an issue with that plugin. I would recommend checking with the developers of the plugin or choosing a different plugin.
Good luck!
Hi,
Thanks. I contacted them late last week and am still awaiting a reply. I sent them a description of the original error.
They have not yet replied. I will look again, but not sure if there is another plug in for that particular function.
T%hanks Again! 🙂
