I’m sorry to hear that you’re not receiving notification emails.
To resolve email delivery issues, I recommend configuring a SMTP plugin on your site. It’s the best method we know of to improve deliverability and prevent this kind of issue.
We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
