    Hi,
I installed Easy WP SMTP few days ago on one of my websites, and I noticed yesterday that WPForms has been installed… I’m absolutely sure not to have installed this plugin by myself.
I installed Sucuri to check my website’s security and all seems OK. I deleted WPForms.
So I tried a fresh intall of Easy WP SMTP on a fresh new website for testing.
WPForms seems to be automatically installed during the first configuration.
In both cases I downloaded Easy WP SMTP directly from the WP repo via my websites’ admin interfaces.

Is it normal ? I didn’t found anything about it…
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @superzagros,

    Thank you for reaching out!

When you walk through the Easy WP SMTP Setup Wizard, Step 3 presents an option to install WPForms automatically (see: https://a.supportally.com/i/Vy3c2s). This “Smart Contact Form” option is enabled by default, but you can deactivate it during the setup wizard process.

These additional options are only presented when using the setup wizard. If you configure the plugin via Easy WP SMTP -> Settings, these additional recommendations won’t be executed.

If you don’t plan to use the WPForms plugin on your site, you can deactivate and delete it manually.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let us know. Thanks!
