WP forms not accepting customer email

Hello, I had a customer report that she could not proceed with using this form because it rejected her email address which is a tds.net extension. This is not a stripe issue as I did not have any transactions attempted or declined. I HAVE had someone else successfully use this form so any information you can provide to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
