WP HTML Mail Compatibility

    Hello,

    Your plugin is advertised as compatible with WP HTML Mail – Email Designer

    But the tracking link does not appear in my email “Order completed”.

    I do not see any corresponding option in the WP HTML Mail editor. There is a particular shortcode?

    Hi, yes, in the past, The WP HTML Mail plugin developer added compatibility to our plugin, their WooCommerce integration is a premium add-on and they might have changed something in the plugin and I do not have license to check it, you should contact them and ask if they can check the compatibility and they can contact us if they need anything.
    For now, I will remove the compatibility notice until they resolve it.

    Hi,

    It works 🙂 Here’s what the author say : “Advanced shipment tracking uses the same WooCommerce hook as the payment instructions so you can insert the placeholder “payment instructions” in your emails.
    When the email is sent WooCommerce and Advanced Shipment tracking decide which information should be displayed at this placeholder.

    I’m aware this isn’t the most obvious way to solve this 😉
