WP HTTP error

    My blog is giving me this message on my dashboard (WordPress Blog & Other WordPress News)

    RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: A valid URL was not provided.

    And I see this warning message in the Right Now box as well:

    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/vhosts/qwamenasworld.orgfree.com/wp-admin/includes/theme.php on line 23

    Due to this, I can’t install new plugins and themes, and my stats dashboard is messed up too. What do I do to fix this?
