• I ran “why no padlock” and saw alot of issues with images, etc., still being http, so instead of manually correcting, I installed this plug in:
    WP HTTPS.

I went with the basic settings… checked with my hosting company regarding proxy and port (told, not needed)… So, I only checkmarked “Force SSL Exclusively” — And left the other defaults the plug in picked up (3rd party), as is.

I can see a HTTPS when I’m in the admin, even though I didn’t select the ADMIN to be forced, but NO https in the site.

If I manually enter the https://domain.com, it redirects to http://

I tried “resave” on my permalinks, but I’m NOT a developer so not comfortable messing with the backend.

What might be causing this to NOT work?

    SITE IS: http://fastlanetravel.com
    Supposed to be: https://fastlanetravel.com

Someone suggested changing the http to https in GENERAL settings, but that makes me nervous to do.
