WP Import All CLI support (update?)

I’m wondering if any progress has been made in turning this plugin into a singleton to be able to use it with CLI.

It looks like the effort has been made but not published yet as the WP All Import information on best practices documents the exact implementation that is needed (https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/addon-dev/best-practices/).
