    I have a WP.com site.

If your blog is at wordpress.com, here is their support forum: http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

Thank you. However, I have spoken it the WP.com support team. They do not allow imports of other WordPress themes for security reasons, besides the ones they offer on their site. They have told me that if I want to import a purchased theme, I have to use a different host, which I am.

I try logging into the Admin panel by going through HostGator and clicking on the link, but when I enter the Admin User ID and Pass, it only bring me back to the regular WP.com Dashboard and not the installed WP software with more functionality, like import of outside themes, plug-ins, etc.

have you discussed this issue with HostGator?

I have tried to reach them and waited all day yesterday to speak with someone without any result. I’m contacting them today as well.

I am not sure why I cannot access the Admin Dashboard for the installed WordPress software. I can only access the WordPress.com Dashboard which won’t help. If I could just access the Dashboard for the 3.9.2 version, I can continue with the website build.

That’s the only part I’m having an issue with.

I believe the issue has been resolved. The DNS wasn’t pointed in the right direction. I’ll leave this open and wait 72 hours to see if that solves the issue.

    Thanks, @tara.
