i think wp-json files are same, except that my language encoding is unicode and because of this name and description looks like this

I’ve been checking your site and it looks like there is a conflict with the JSON REST API. If you go to the following url: http://www.mashin-baz.com/wp-json/posts you can see that your site is giving an error instead of displaying the JSON with the posts as it should (look at our site http://www.worona.org/wp-json/posts).
It’s an error that should be reported to the JSON REST API Plugin Team, I’ve been checking their support page and there is more people with the same error: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/error-for-few-timezones-because-of-datetimezone-function
Please let us know if they find a solution to your problem.

Unfortunately, in order to work, Worona needs WP JSON API to work, and in your case your error is there.
I would suggest that you deactivate Worona plugin, and install WP JSON API plugin to test it first. Remember that if it works correctly, http://www.mashin-baz.com/wp-json/posts should look similar to http://www.worona.org/wp-json/posts .
Maybe you could open a new thread in WP JSON API support forum https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/json-rest-api to see if they can fix that as soon as possible.
