WP List Pages

Hi I am trying to get an accordion working. It lists pages from a parent page so there is a parent page called lighting with an id of 198..And then you have sub page and then third level page. THe same code works on other menus but somehow not for this one..The page needs to list menus in a nested format but they are currently being listed in a flat list..

I just checked some of these pages and the client went and added menu orders to some pages which may have affetced things..I have removed these and still menu appears as a flat list..IS it possible that they are still causing issues in DB..Was also using the WP Tree Menu Plugin..I have disabled this and no luck neither.

If the code works with one set of pages and not these I think it has something to do with the pages and menu order..IS there a way to get these menus to appear in a nested way so that accordion will work (maybe an alternative)??
