WP live edit backend broken?

Hello all,

I am using WP 3.5.1 With a Norwegian translation. I have ALL plugins deactivated temporarily for development purposes (and to check they weren’t causing the problem – they are not), and I’m having problems with all elements that make use of live edit/visual edit e.g. drag and drop widgets around in “appearance->widgets” or menu items in “appearance->menu”, similiar when I activate my gallery plugin (GraphPaperPress) I can not upload any media at all.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.

I have tested this in IE10, FF20.0.1 and Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m, so it’s definetly not an browser issue, and the problem can be replicated on any other machine.
