WP login loop

Hello everyone,
im new to making websites and new to WP. I recently installed WP and vanilla forums, and installed the proxyconnect and says everything is fine. now when i tried a test account it registered the testguy but when i goto login it loops me back to the login and keeps doin this. I looked at the guide to fix it.

now it talks about going into the database and goto wp_options and copying the active_plugins record but i cant find it. just option_id, blog_id, option_name, option_value, autoload.

now my admin panel works fine anyone know a easy way to fix this or a detailed guide for someone new like myself
