the maintenance mode is not worked for login page, the login user still can open the all the pages , how to fix this?
need maintenance mode work only except admin.

The login page is not part of the theme. This only block the frontend of the site.
You might try a plugin like: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/block-wp-login/
