WP-login.php page Not Loading

I received an email from WordPress with the subject “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue“. When I tried to log in, I got an error page which states the following:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
I have also tried opening the webpage, but it’s also not loading. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue so that I can access my admin dashboard and site?

It’s a plugin conflict.
You’ll need to go to cPanel > File Manager > public_html > public_content > plugins
There you’ll find a list of plugins. To deactivate them, you need to rename them.
The solution is to add “-off” to the plugin’s name. That will deactivate them.
Do this for all of them, and then try accessing the site.
This should resolve the issue.
