WP-Login Question/s Help a scrub out

Hello all, just before we get in to this let me just set some things out for you:

I have basic knowledge/understanding of wordpress & creating websites (script kiddy with a bit more knowledge)

Right now you all know the skill set you are speaking to lets go in to the problem:

Basically I am on a freehost which does not allow emailing (it was abused and they made it a premium service – something I am not willing to pay for just yet.) Side note: (It does allow password reset request emails which i found confusing..maybe a workaround is possible, im not experienced enough to know)

Anyway to get around this I modified the wp-login file using a script i found (like i said skid :P) – script: http://www.village-idiot.org/code/newlogin.php -, this modification enabled the users to choose their own password and bypasses the whole e-mail sending problem.

A side effect of this however is the fact that the login page now is not formatted correctly and just has plain text with no background/images or anything like that. – I tried to use BM Custom Login plugin to see if that would fix it for me (long shot) but It unfortunately didn’t.

Anyway I was wondering if any of you could edit the code appropriately so that it has correct formatting on the login page? (If it’s a lot of effort then just tell me and don’t worry about it)
