Hello and thank you for the plugin.

Since the first scan it has been identifying wp-login.php as something that should be fixed.

I took the advice, pressed Fix and let the plugin do its thing. The good news is that some pesky comment spam stopped. The bad news is that the plugin is now quarantining the same file on subsequent scans.

Im a little confused by it all, I just want to know whether or not it is safe to ignore the quarantined file.

Whenever you Fix anything with my plugin it makes a backup of the original file(s) in the Quarantine. It’s totally fine for those files to stay there, but you can also delete the files in your Quarantine if you don’t want them any more.
