I am trying to make sure two things occur.

1) Logo aligns with the image on the left when browser window scales.
2) Logo aligns center on mobile phone.

I have seen other users have this problem, custom css has been suggested to other users and doesn’t seem to work.

I apologize for the delay in response.

Tried checking but it always aligns to the left not center. please share the snapshot and steps to replicate the issue.

HI,

Kindly go to Customize > Header > logo – click on the mobile icon at the bottom and adjust the logo size for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
For middle logo alignment, you have to create custom header style or use center or medium header style.
For the custom header you can follow the doc: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/355-how-to-create-a-custom-header
