WP Mail SMTP

Hello! Where are the mail send to/from settings when ‘Do you wish to send a mail with credentials and other data’?

We are using the WP Mail SMTP plugin. The SMTP ‘Test Emails’ are working fine and coming through, as well as the forms filled out on our Registration and Contact us pages.

However, when we upload the new users via CSV file, and send them a notification… The error is ‘Relay Access Denied’ so none of these emails are sending.

Do you have a resolution? Thank you
