    Hello, I have a problem with the wp mail smtp, I installed it and activated it and entered the correct smtp data, but it tells me an error in the test mail, but the data is 100% correct, use it on my cell phone too, what can it do be mistake

    Hi @jjwebhosting,

    Thanks for reaching out! According to the debug log you shared, it appears that you are getting this error because your server is blocking the SMTP connection requests or due to some other hosting-related issue.

    Could you please contact your hosting/email support with the above debug log, and they should be able to assist you further.

    In the meantime, you may try configuring an alternative mailer as well.
