CHATBOT: eMail Subscription Capture

This is re. how to employ a function of the WP Main Mode chatbot in a way that is not typical, but still might be possible.
HOW THIS FUNCTION WORKS NOW:
When a visitor to my site encounters the WP Maint Mode chatbot, and they provide their e-mail address in the subscription field, the e-mail address is captured in such a way that a list of such email addresses can be exported to a CSV file.WHAT I WOULD LIKE FOR IT TO DO INSTEAD:
Might it be possible for email address that are input into the subscription field to be sent via email [each time one is submitted] to the SAME address where messages via the ‘Contact us” form are sent?THE PURPOSE:
I want to be informed when someone has come to my website in an effort to contact me for work, which is the reason people go there. I want to know when someone is trying to contact me so that I can respond to them right away.ALSO:
What I would really like to be able to do, which the bot does not currently do, is capture their phone number as well as their email address (in a field labeled for that purpose), as well as a short message.YES, a visitor can click the ‘Contact us’ button and send an email with that information IF it occurs to them to do so. What I am wanting to do is PROMPT them to submit this information, from within the bot itself, and have that info come to me via email.
