WP Multilang is not responding

Hello ,
i just got hosting at Godaddy for WordPress , i added MP WP multilang plugin through godaddy installer , but each time i go to options and select the language (the language not saved or even accepted by the plugin …like no post-back to the page) .. i removed it and then installed it again but same issue
