WP Multisite – Default theme missing(?)

    Running WP in Multisite mode with me as only user having 200+ sites

    Tried removing one theme (renamed folder by adding _ so it became _themename) but then the site showed up plain white, instead of as I thought showing up with on of the twentyeleven/twelve/thirteen/fourteen themes that’s available for use. Is there a way to make it possible to remove all themes and having them use a certain other theme (switching to Genesis)
