    Hi
I have a problem which is believed to be caused by WP-optimize.
I use LearnDash plugin, it has a lot of quizzes.
When I turn on WP-optimize cache, everything is okay for 1 day, then the plugin causes a issue, it doesn’t let LearnDash to show the results of quizzes.
However, when I clear the cache, everything works okay again.
I have, of course, tried using /tests/* to prevent the caching, but then the pages with the quizzes load very slowly.
Do you think it’s possible to fix the problem with the quizzes and WP-optimize?

This is what LD says about the issue

Some LearnDash issues, particularly those related to CSS & design, can be solved by simply clearing your cache. If your problem is design-related, please try clearing your cache.

Browser cache: Applies to everyone. Instructions differ based on the browser you’re using.

Server cache: Depends on your host. Please contact your hosting company if you aren’t sure whether they use server-side caching.

Third-party plugin: If you’re using a performance or optimization plugin, they might have some cache settings as well.

Cloudflare: If you’re using Cloudflare, please clear your Cloudflare cache.
Alternatively, you can access your site using a private browsing window. Most modern browsers have this functionality.

So, they ask to contact the creators of the cache plugins and services because the LD plugin is okay 🙁

In WP-optimize, if I am not mistaken, there is no option to clear the cache once a day, right?

    Hi there,

In the cache settings, you can set the cache lifespan to as many hours you need, and the specific cache files will be regenerated once they’re older than the time set. So you can have the pages cleared after 24h or less if you wish.

I’m not familiar with that plugin, but their answer isn’t very useful. Caching is quite important for most websites performances, so they should be able to handle it.

Can you describe how the process when doing a quiz? When do users see the answers? right after taking the quiz?

    Marc.

I tested a quiz on https://demo.learndash.com/, and setting a lifespan to under 24h should work.
