WP Optimize plugin says an unexpected errors received

I have deactivated the WP-Optimize plugin and then work on the Yoast SEO plugin. After that when I activated the plugin it shows my site received unexpected errors. When I go to the database option, the notification comes continuously. I can’t turn on cache, even I can’t customize my site anymore. I can’t customize the pages with Elementor can’t change the menus as well. I need help, it’s quite urgent too.
