I migrated my WP Site with UpdraftPlus from cicuit.pc-chirurg.de to test.cicuit.de.
Now i migrated the website to cicuit.de.
The Site cicuit.pc-chirurg.de no longer exist.
I installed the Plugin OMGF and WP Optimize.
When I checked with DevTools whether the google fonts were being loaded locally, I discovered that the fonts (e.g., raleway) were being loaded from cicuit.pc-chirurg.de.
This, of course, caused errors during the check.
Even after refreshing the cache in OMGF, nothing changed.
Enabling “Disable Google Fonts processing” in WP Optimize under Minify -> Fonts didn’t help.
As an experiment, I then completely removed WP Optimize, and the fonts loaded correctly.
However, after reinstalling and re-enabling WP Optimize, the error reappears again.
How or where can I change something in WP Optimize so that the fonts are no longer loaded from the old address cicuit.pc-chirurg.de?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Thanks for contacting us about this! Checking the site I can see what you mean about the previous URL being referenced in some of our minified CSS files.

As a first troubleshooting step, can you try clearing the minified files to see if they get regenerated properly with the correct URL? This can be done in WP-Optimize > Minify > Purge the minified files.

There might also be something on the Elementor side that needs to be regenerated. I was able to find this troubleshooting article that discusses the symptoms you’re running into so I wanted to share it as well: https://elementor.com/help/troubleshooting-fonts-not-appearing-on-frontend/. However as you mentioned when WP-Optimize was deactivated the fonts loaded properly so hopefully regenerating the minified CSS files will get the fonts loading again properly.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi jpgupdraft,
Thanks for the link to the Elementor troubleshooting page.
Point 4, “Optional) Reset the Google fonts load,” resolved the issue.
The ticket can be closed as resolved.
