Thanks so much for the update. Seeing as we’re getting 404 not found on some files can you try to re-install the plugin? This morning when running tests the first download from WordPress plugin repository was incomplete but on the second attempt it was complete and I could see those files.
Can you also let me know what type of web server the site is running on? Apache, Nginx, Litespeed? This will help me to continue running tests.
