    Hi Support
I installed the Plugin last night.Like other user I shut out after “activate”.
My Hoster today solved the problem. He renamed the file “.htaccess”

Now I clicked setting to look what I have to do. I confirmed just what is alredy there.I did not proof again it works or not.
Then I updated the plug in Divie Builder.
When I will look at the website, there is only internal Sever 500, again like last night.
What is wrong now, can you help me plesae? My Hoster is in the weekend and I would very like to have a functional website for my clients.
    Thank you very much.
    Best Regards

Are you able to post the content of your .htaccess file?

    Hi Dipak
Thank you for your fast reaction.
I’m just user of programms, so I dont know exactly what file you want. But I’m logged in by my Hoster and there are all files. But the only possibility I have is to delete, but not to copy any file of the content.
My be I send you alle the login passwords for FileZilla, so you connect to my web.
Or shall I wait may be for monday?
But how can I prevent the error by the next update from Divi…

    Best Regards

You can find .htaccess file in the root of your WordPress installation. Are you able to login into WP Admin? Have you tried to deactivate/delete WP Performance Score Booster?

    Hi Dipak
Yes, I belive I have accsess to that.
    Folders:
    -wp-admin
    -wp-content
    -plugins
    -uploads

    Folders:
    –plugins
    -akismet
    -contact-form7
    -divi-builder
    -and more on…
    -wp-performance-score-booster

Do you mean is this the right WP-Admin folder?
should I delete this folder:wp-performance-score booster?

    Thank you.

Nuts. Now I’ll need to review all of the author’s replies…

@dipakcg I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Forum_Welcome#The_Bad_Stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
