After some trouble shooting it works on http, but not https.

It should be a bar at the bottom of screen. If it’s not there, then I have more problems then I thought!

It has something to do with the domain. It only works without www and https. So that’s not a chat problem, it’s a me problem.

For anyone else who comes across this, in the plugin settings we had only included the script on the desired page. After including the https:// in the url list we no longer had the issue.
