I think it is due to some .htaccess in one of the folders along the way, ask your host about it. This is a server related issue.

no there is some protection blocking it, it maybe .htaccess somewhere along the path to the JS folder or something else.

You may not be able to see the file, sometimes those files are hidden depending on what program you are using to look at your files on the server. Normally it’s in the main folder of your website (if it’s in a sub folder) or in the root folder of your server.

i can’t tell you exactly what is it because wordpress also generate a .htaccess file. Contact your hosting provided for support.
give me example of .htaccess, if it nesecary for hosting.
