    hello,

    i just logged in to my wordpress account after a while and i wanted to search for a new plugin… I noticed that i cant search for any plugins and the error in the console displays:

    “Audit usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform”

    also wordpress itself says: “An unexpected error occurred. Something seems wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or with this server configuration. If the problem persists, please use the support forums.”

    I will also upload a screenshot and hope somebody can help me…

    Hello mominus,

    I’m sorry, but the file you linked to is a zip file and we would prefer not to open a zip file form a source we don’t know. If you could share the screenshots (or whatever is in the zip file) directly, that would help.

    What indication do you have that his is related to our plugin?

    Issues like this are often caused by a conflict with your theme (e.g. with outdated or no-longer-compatible JS files). As a test, you could switch to a WordPress default theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty Two) and see if that makes a difference.
