    I make payment for WP Recipe Maker Premium with payment BV917
    but when I try to install plugin showing this notice

    WP Recipe Maker Premium
    The plugin has not been loaded because it requires the following plugin(s) to be activated:
    WP Recipe Maker

    has been try uninstall – install again then click the active button but not work the plugin wont install correctly
    try 3 time i get same problem

    could you tell me how to? and what’s wrong?

    WP Recipe Maker Premium is an add-on for the free WP Recipe Maker plugin. As the notice says the WP Recipe Maker plugin needs to be installed and active for the Premium add-on to work.

    You can install the WP Recipe Maker plugin by searching for it on the Plugins > Add New page in your backend.
