No its not, when i activate wprocket, i get this warning.

And if i deactivate your plugin, the warnings go away and wprocket work smooth.
How can i fix this issue?

Disable the WP Hide, then activate back the WP Rocket, but it shouldn’t make a difference. As the message says, there’s a folder writing permission issue. I suggest to try and delete the cache folder and let the WP Rocket to create.
Still same issue. I think its something i need to report to wprocket! I even tried the permissions but its not helping!
It never showed up before i installed this plugin. But i will update you once i figure out the issue.
