So the problem will only occur when you enable Delay JavaScript execution feature : https://take.ms/97OUu (However, it’s critical for Google PageSpeed score) In my screenshot I opt outed the Rev slider plugin.
And this is the list that WP rocket provide to fix for each plugins but I can’t find your plugin in there. https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1560-delay-javascript-execution-compatibility-exclusions
So if I enable this option, the page just won’t load the Map, just show the blank area : https://take.ms/hFx9v (This is when the option disabled : https://take.ms/uxZRe )

The WP Rocket Plugin has minified all the plugin js files to load a single file.
You need to exclude the maps.js file from WP Rocket options.

Unfortunately, I tried and still doesn’t work. So I put this ”
/plugins/wp-google-map-plugin/assets/js/maps.js”
