WP RSS Aggregator installation issues

    I just installed and activated the RSS Aggregator plugin but seem to be getting this error message at the top of the page…

    Warning: is_readable() [function.is-readable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/nfs/c01/h13/mnt/3832/domains/blog.mrodriguezdesign.com/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-rss-aggregator/wp-rss-aggregator.php/lang/wprss-en_US.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (/nfs:/tmp:/usr/local:/etc/apache2/gs-bin) in /nfs/c01/h13/mnt/3832/domains/blog.mrodriguezdesign.com/html/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 339

    Not sure what i did wrong or what else i need to do.
