WP RSS import to iFrame

I have a separate website (not a WP site) and I’d like to create an iFrame on that site and fill it with content from a WP blog. The website is built in java and the page that the WP blog would be embedded on would be a jsp.

Has anyone else done this? I’m looking for a simple way to embed content from the WP blog to this iFrame. I think I can do it a few ways: 1) Embeddable RSS reader (know of any?), 2) Format the WP blog to the size/spec of the iFrame and directly link (has anyone done this?). Any ideas, help, guidance is appreciated.
