WP-settings and something is wrong

    Hey Guys,

    My website keeps going down for some reason. To fix it I have to simply re upload wp-settings.php file and it fixes it.

    The error messages show some issue with

    “PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function register_handler() on a non-object in /mnt/stor9-wc1-dfw1/658173/www.rjapproves.com/web/content/wp-includes/media.php on line 953

    Now there are some online remedies however just replacing the wp-settings.php fixes it only to break it after a few hours. Now I did disable all plugins.

    Please help.
