The contact form requires two email addresses – one will be the address where you want to receive the submission. The other email address, the sender or from email is the email address from where the email will be sent. So something like [email protected] or [email protected].

I turned off the plugins and that made it work, but I haven’t test each one to see which is causing the problem.
PS – didn’t work with non url related email, and Very Simple Contact Form was loaded after issue with the theme contact form.
Hello GuitarPix – I am not sure I follow – did disabling Very Simple Contact Form solve the issue? Was this a plugin conflict?
No – Very Simple Contact Form was not installed when I first had the issue. However one of the other plugins seems to be causing the problem. I just haven’t had time to go in and test each one individually.

Well, that may take quite a while – I have a working contact form on there now and not a lot of time.
