• Hi!!

    Help!!

So, a client decided to go ahead and update WooCommerce because she saw the alert. Even though I said I would handle updates all she had to do was add products.

Anyway she did that, and now the site does not show up, and I cannot log in either!

This is what displays when I go to the site:

Warning: include_once(abstracts/abstract-wc-widget.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xvilaf/spiralspiral.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-widget-functions.php on line 18

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening 'abstracts/abstract-wc-widget.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/xvilaf/spiralspiral.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-widget-functions.php on line 18

Fatal error: Class 'WC_Widget' not found in /home/xvilaf/spiralspiral.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/widgets/class-wc-widget-cart.php on line 18

    https://www.spiralspiral.com/

I accessed FTP and noticed the WooCommerce and other things missing like the Theme that was already installed and edited. I have downloaded the WooCommerce plugin again and uploaded it through FTP but the error still continues.

FYI: I am very new at this. This is the second WP Site I have worked on from the beginning and the first e-commerce. Please bear with me.

  • It looks like you may have to delete the plugins that are not compatible with the new version of woocommerce,
Try and make a backup of the site and database before you do anything!
The look at the code and delete the plugins that are not working, this will have to be done through ftp.

Let me know how you get on.
