It looks like for some reason the browscap database files are missing from your install. Could you check if you have these files?

That entire directory is MIA. I have not done anything out of the ordinary on this production server. Might one of the updates caused this at some point? I believe the errors began on Aug 14.

Can you re-download the zip file and add those to your server? Not sure about what happened…
Great. Pulled those missing files out of the repo and everything seems to be working now. Still odd that the directory got wiped to begin with…

Weird, indeed. Maybe some security feature on your server thought those were harmful files and blocked them?

Running Slimstat 3.7.5 now and the issue reoccurred on a slightly different line number. This time the directory is not missing, but browscap-4.php and browscap-5.php are missing compared to what is in the trunk.
