WP Staging Update Pro

Hello,
I am currently using WP Staging Free Version. I wanted to upload a backup, but unfortunately this is not working because my IT specialist forgot to add “www” at the beginning of the website name when setting up our website provider’s move to the new provider. Now the site is not called http://www.WEBSITENAME.de, but WEBSITENAME.de, and the backup upload is therefore not working.

Question: Will this realy work with the Pro version?

We are a small association and would therefore prefer not to incur additional costs.

Can you do this without purchasing the Pro version?
If not, is it possible for me to pay for just one month, upload the backup, and then cancel again?
