WP Statistics admin page SSL error

I get a mixed content SSL error when going to https://charlesworks.rocks/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wps_overview_page in the WordPress admin panel.

It appears the ad for:
“A Powerfull SMS Solution for WordPress” (note also that powerful is misspelled)
is being pulled from:
http://bit.ly/2LLePqv
which causes an SSL mixed content error when viewing the stats overview on the admin page.

I notice that in a browser https://bit.ly/2LLePqv works and I imagine would solve this problem.
