WP Store Locator

I am creating a ‘Where to buy’ page for my website, currently being held at beta.tcmapothecary.com, and I would like to have the store locator plugin function on this page. I installed the WP Store Locator plugin so customers on my site can see what stores closest to them carry our products. I am just trying to figure out a way to make that happen where they can enter in a zip, city, or state and have that map show the stores that hold our products within a set proximity to them. I am also looking at making the site header and navigation a fixed position, but when I do that it throws off the continuity of the site. Ideally this function would enable the user to never lose sight of the navigation, but I can’t seem to get it to behave properly. Any help or ideas with either issue would be greatly appreciated.
